Once you place your order, visit our photo submission page to upload multiple photos of your beloved pet from all angles.
You can upload up to 10 photos at a time. If you'd like to submit more, simply revisit the page to upload additional images.
Once we receive your photos, the creation process begins.
The figurine on top will be sculpted to match your pet, and the base will be hand-thrown, glazed, and finished with care.
If you have any color preferences for the base, please include them in the message field on the photo submission page.
From start to finish, it typically takes up to 4 weeks to complete and deliver your one-of-a-kind creation.
